Shots taken from the flying machine
Video of Wilbur Wright demonstrating his flying machine in Italy in 1909, including the first footage ever filmed from an airplane. The two-seater plane with Wilbur Wright at the helm did a lap before an audience of photographers, army men and noteworthy moustached men and just avoided the cameraman on the ground. On Nov. 4, 1909, English pilot John Moore-Brabazon put a pig in a basket, tied it to a wing, and took off, in order to show that pigs can fly.
There are many other idioms of improbability, used to denote that something is impossible or unlikely to occur. "When hell freezes over", "When snakes smoke", etc. See also The Black swan

In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
What a beautiful face
I have found in this place
That is circling all round the sun
What a beautiful dream
That could flash on the screen
In a blink of an eye and be gone from me
Soft and sweet
Let me hold it close and keep it here with me
And one day we will die
And our ashes will fly from the aeroplane over the sea
But for now we are young
Let us lay in the sun
And count every beautiful thing we can see
Love to be
In the arms of all I'm keeping here with me
Anna's ghost all around
Hear her voice as it's rolling and ringing through me
Soft and sweet
How the notes all bend and reach above the trees
Now how I remember you
How I would push my fingers through
Your mouth to make those muscles move
That made your voice so smooth and sweet
And now we keep where we don't know
All secrets sleep in winter clothes
With one you loved so long ago
Now he don't even know his name
What a beautiful face
I have found in this place
That is circling all round the sun
And when we meet on a cloud
I'll be laughing out loud
I'll be laughing with everyone I see
Can't believe how strange it is to be anything at all

Just a false alarm
Please Help Identify Mystery Wreckage on Midway Atoll! This piece of fuselage recently washed up on the beach. The current consensus is that it is a B-29. If you have a B-29 parts manual please let us know. (From Aviation Archaeological Investigation and Research, (AAIR), your source for U.S. military aircraft accident reports and aviation archaeology information)
Airbus A380 evacuation - 873 people in 77 seconds. With only 8 of the 16 exits opened, the task for this evacuation certification was to evacuate 853 passengers and 20 crew in 90 seconds. This all happened in darkness, with only cabin emergency lights. The footage is from infrared cameras
Were you an officer in Napoleon's air force?
I was driving across the burning desert
When I spotted six jet planes
Leaving six white vapor trails across the bleak terrain
It was the hexagram of the heavens
It was the strings of my guitar
Amelia, it was just a false alarm.
