wikipedia's Find of the Day
Babe Ruth's called shot was the home run hit by Babe Ruth of the New York Yankees in the fifth inning of Game 3 of the 1932 World Series, held on October 1, 1932 at Wrigley Field in Chicago. During the at-bat, Ruth made a pointing gesture, which existing film confirms, but the exact nature of his gesture is ambiguous. Although neither fully confirmed nor refuted, the story goes that Ruth pointed to the center field bleachers during the at-bat. It was supposedly a declaration that he would hit a home run to this part of the park. On the next pitch, Ruth hit a home run to center field...(All the links are in the comments)

A foam hand, also known as a foam finger, is a sports paraphernalia item worn on the hand to show support for a particular team. The most common version resembles an oversized hand with an extended index finger. Usually the surface displays a silk-screened team name, logo, or other graphic or slogan, such as "We Are #1." Foam hands are made of open-celled foam; slits in their bases allow them to be worn.
It was invented By Earl Whipple, who originally sported a giant finger, carved out of a sheet of wood, that resembled a raised index finger of the modern day "foam finger". (From Freakonomics)

Wrestling moves at the Luchawiki. Wikipedia has many more Professional wrestling moves. For example, the many variation of the Boston Crab: ...The opponent laying supine on the mat, with the wrestler standing and facing them. It is a type of spinal lock where the wrestler hooks each of the opponent’s legs in one of his arms, and then turns the opponent face-down, stepping over him in the process. The final position has the wrestler in a semi-sitting position and facing away from his opponent, with the opponent’s back and legs bent back toward his face…

Kudu Dung Spitting , or 'Bokdrol Spoeg' as it is known locally by the Afrikaans community, is indeed a real sport. There are even World Championships held every year. As far as it is known, or anyone will admit, the formal version of the sport has existed since 1994. It is unknown when the first informal game actually took place, but it is my guess that large quantities of alcohol were involved
