Oh hell...I know that boat!
It's the old Emerald Queen Casino boat owned by the Puyallup Tribe here in Washington.
The only reason they are selling it is because they've moved their gaming to two huge casinos right off the I-5 freeway. The old boat was on a waterway on the industrial tideflats of Tacoma. It was remote and difficult to find.

That is quite shocking how many foreclosures are coming on to the market. I should do the same for Las Vegas foreclosures. I know that we have at least 6,000 foreclosures and over 5,000 short sales, so our paper would be pretty thick too. At least there are bound to be some amazing deals right?
Good luck

I am not so shocked, personally.

I'm not surprised. With money tight who is wagering their hard earned dollars? Vegas is not going so well, why would you expect this to be any different?
