That's exactly what I was thinking.

Our office manages properties where tenants haven't paid rent in sometimes 8 weeks. You inspect their homes and they have huge HD TVs with a playstation 3 and surround sound that they purchased with no money down, 2 years interest free.
No wonder our economy is in the shit.

Hannan, the subprime has finally taken it's toll for us here in Australia, among other things.
My sales have pulled back 70% from last year.

I know exactly how you feel as I've just got one - I'm about 4 grand down at the moment and nearly in court, cheers.
