I'm also offering $6,000 finder's fee to any broker who refer a client to me, whose offer gets accepted by the seller (and whose escrow closes).

I have a 6 bedroom place on the beach for the same price. 12 months ago it would have sold for 1.2 mil.
Comparative sales don't mean much in times like these though. The simple fact is it's rare to find anyone who has the $$$.

Great looking property though and I hope your vendors get a good result considering these hard times.
