Tea-flavored Chocolate

Fruitcake Earl Grey chocolate . (From Rivets)

96 years ago, the Titanic was preparing for it’s maiden voyage. It was on April 14th, 1912, when the last meal was served in the first-class dining room. The Last Meal on the H.M.S. Titanic

The folks who produce the Music Animation Machine, Stephen Malinowski et al. are also known as serious manufacturers of homemade fruitcakes, so they are basically “fruits and nuts”. Here are some photographs from last year's crop. (Found through FX cuisine fruitcake page)

All of the Tea-flavored Chocolate that people have eat upon really more deserved by milk chocolate, which is essentially tasty. The closer you get to a pure chocolate liquor (the chocolate essence ground from roasted cacao beans) the purer it is, the more satisfying it is, the safer it is, and the healthier it is.

I love earl grey. I also love chocolate - both dark and milk. I would never combine the two (the richness of the chocolate outweighs the delicate citrus aromas of the earl grey) but can appreciate the use of fruit and nut cake.

I love the looks of the fruit cake. And I love chocolate more than anything. The idea is unusual, but then I especially enjoy unusual things to eat.
