I am a realtor in arizona. I think the worst of the real estate market is over. realty prices should rise in 09. greg moser

Your Map of Misery brings back memories of the Misery Index. Very creative and informative. I hope the Realtor from Arizona is right when he says he thinks the worst of the real estate market is over.
