At the risk of sounding self-serving, I'd like to point out our blog, http://blog.sibdu.com . We're blogging about helping commercial real estate agents and brokers use technology and other tools to build their businesses. Thanks.

All of these blogs are great and definitely worth going through. It's definitely a lot of fun reading various blogs in different markets to see all of the changes compared to a couple years ago. There seems to be so many different real estate markets around the country!

I have enjoyed reading many of the blogs. I see our area in Florida starting to see some increased sales due to many many foreclosures. As school is ending this last week many families are begining to take advantage of foreclosures. I do think it will take another 1 or 2 years to bring the inventory down to a normal market.

Great article Commercial Real Estate investors but investors may want to consider another way to look for commercial investments.

I started using BuilderBrokerNetwork.com, it's really inexpensive (I think it's $59.99 a year). Basically, it networks commercial brokers, builders, and commercial investors together. They have a Wants/Needs section that allows investors or buyes who are looking for certain types of commercial properties to post their needs then it's broadcasted to their database.

Hope this helps.
