Seth Godin’s advise to people who are listening is "Just Quit", that is not very good advise in my opinion!..Good advise to an agent is...Look at the market and make personal and business adjustments to take advantage of what the market requires to be successful. Other good advise is from the old saying "When the going gets tough, the tough get going". I sell real estate in La Jolla, CA where competition is fierce. In fact, La Jolla homes are sought after by many people world-wide and the prestigious Robb Report publication has named La Jolla the #1 place to live in the U.S. Visit this website to learn how I address a changing market. While you are there, you can view luxury homes for sale.

what do you think about the Dubai market these days?

Think of the other side. In business, to quit is not an option but rather to strive hard and make the most out of it. I have to agree to Paroshep that you have to take advantage on what the market requires in order for you to become successful.
