Overcoming real estate losses - Humor and optimism in the face of financial loss due to the real estate industry
Renter Girl is about renting property. We didn't all make it onto to the property ladder. We don't all have a dream home. We move from rented flat to rented flat, dealing with lazy landlords, and neighbors, good and bad. We endure the tribulations of newly build housing complexes, and the insecurity of never knowing how long you can stay in one place, or indeed, if you want to

Gosh, thanks for listing my blog "Overcoming Real Estate Losses" at http://whinecountryrealestate.blogspot.com/ on your Top 100. I'm honored that a blog as popular as yours would recognize mine (I'm blushing here). I hope that everyone enjoys reading it as much as I find it therapeutic to write!

Great article. I know things can get tough out there but I'm using a different website than the big two or three sites that cost $600-$800 a year.
I started using BuilderBrokerNetwork.com (http://www.builderbrokernetwork.com), it's really inexpensive (I think it's $59.99 a year). Basically, it networks commercial brokers, builders, and investors together. They have a Wants/Needs section that allows investors or buyers who are looking for certain types of commercial properties to post their needs then it's broadcasted to their database.
Hope this helps.
