Often referred to as America's Birth Certificate, this 1507 Waldseemüller Map was the first to show the continents of North and South America, and the first to show the name America. The new passports certainly look harder to forge, but they also seem harder to read. Lets hope they have plenty of dark ink for visa stamps wherever we go!

I wonder if the creator of that official website of america knows that "Born In The USA" is really about a veteran pissed off at being neglected and is not a happy song.
