It seems like the overseas real estate markets are suddenly the stable ones. I started looking into Central America and Costa Rica has really caught my interest. I found a website called www.buysafecostarica.com and there doesn't seem to be a shortage of reasonably priced homes. I guess we're so focused on the bubble bursting in the US sometimes the foreign markets go unnoticed.
