I really like your blog. It's funny how most of my artsy friends move somewhere because they love the "ethnic" flavor and lack of yuppies and then brag about how the neighorhood is coming up because a Starbucks just moved in. Now Gelato shops-- that's even more current. We have two now in Santa Monica!
