If Nixon was the 2nd worst in your mind, who do you believe to be the worst?
for me Nixon did something stupid and recorded the conversations about it....but opening up trade with China was positive. Ending Johnson's war in Vietnaum was positive. He wasn't close to the worst.
Now Carter on the hand was terrible as a President, but I love what he has done since leaving office.
