i think you should buy a property only in a place you really wanna live or make business. foe example i wouldn't like to live in bulgaria (sorry info), but i've heard those who have health-resorts there make a good money.

My wife and I where considering moving to Laguna Niguel, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laguna_Niguel about a year ago. We'd never dealt with a realtor before since this was going to be our first home so we were both a bit apprehensive.
We talked to several realtors in South Orange County, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orange_County%2C_California but none of them were very friendly and we didn’t feel they’d meet our needs. Eventually through the internet I found Brad Coleman, a real estate agent who serves Laguna Niguel and South Orange County. Brad was very friendly and personable which put my wife and I at ease as our fears of trust were laid to rest very quickly after meeting with him.
Brad helped us find the perfect home at a great price too! We not only met a good real estate agent but met a good person too. Check out his website here, http://www.bradcoleman.com.

I am new to Laguna Niguel and just moved here recently. I also did a search for realtors online for Laguan Niguel and Dana Point (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dana_Point). I was pretty nervous about buying a home especially in an area as nice as this one but once I started talking to Hugh Kice, http://www.hughkice.com and met with him, my worries where put to rest. Hugh was awesome and made me feel very comfortable and at ease as he made the transaction smooth. His friendly and attentive nature made him someone I’d recommend to anyone coming to this area!

Bulgaria, you must bee joking. With the entire problem they have there. Come to Spain and Costa del Sol. Why buying in Spain? First for a good investment: It is predicted that 800,000 families from the UK, Germany, Scandinavian and the new east country members will purchase property in Spain over the next five years.
It is also predicted that the 12.6 billion Euros generated from the tourism industry will also rise in excess of 8%. So price stability and growth from 10 -20 % a year for a property in Marbella is very reassuring. Many people are coming to live and work in Spain. We at Sundream Estate can help you to find your perfect property in Marbella who is a perfect short term and long term investment and at the same time a lovely holidays place for the whole family, with over 80 golf courses, tennis, fantastic diving water, miles of beautiful sand beach, Sierra Nevada a paradise for skiing, the night clubs, discos, all the Spanish and international restaurants, and of course the 320 lovely sunny days a year.
