I think Mr. Yoest should hire a lawyer -- his '10 simple rules' are duplicates of W. Bruce Cameron's '8 simple rules', plus two, and most certainly violate Mr. Cameron's copyright.

The TV show was popular I'm sure, but it was obscure in my house: I never watched it; never heard of it.
