The Wisdom of Warren Buffett. I spent 6 hours last week in Omaha with Warren Buffett. As I walked into the meeting I was pleasantly surprised to find Mr. Buffett dressed more like a scroungy sophomore chemistry student than the greatest investor of all time

The "Phillip Greenspun" page does make a good point about people with wealthy ancestors having an unfair advantage...look at Teddy Kennedy, I doubt he could have gotten a management level job at Wal-mart on his own...and he sure as hell couldn't have been a cab driver. We should all have role models, a great one is Senator Robert Byrd...I mean he worked his way to Grand Wizard of the KKK and then became a Democrat hero...anybody who can stand there and have the audacity to lecture ANYONE about what's right deserves some kind of admiration.

Ah yes, it will be SO much better after The Revolution and we can line up people like Gates against the wall and let The People run a company without such issues as profit and incentives...that will be so boss! Janitors will be freed from the shackles of talentlessness and will become programmers. Let a thousand flowers bloom, dude!

Look how succesfull Communist countries have been, just like...uh...well...let me get back to you on that.

Fascism would be so cool! Smart people like us would be pulling all the strings, right Professor Churchill?

I know some people despise Gates for some reason, maybe it's because he doesn't give millions to charity...what?...he does? Oh, uh, well, he shouldn't have that much success...I mean, all he did was found the company that supplies over 90 percent of the world's computer operating system software.

Admit it, you just hate Capitalism because you aren't making big bucks. And maybe because anti-Capitalist chicks look really hot in their Che Guevara T-shirts down at the Quad.

Huh? To the best of my knowledge Hanan is the
ultimate capitalist.

Either your satire is over my fucking head,
which is unlikey, or you are an idiot.

Hanan has a REAL ESTATE company, one of the most
selfless and cool blogs going AND a Mercedes Benz.
What planet do you live on?

I grant ya this, you're witty, for a half wit.

Thanks for jumping for my defense, Steel.

Don't mention it kid. I am an attack dog when it
comes to stupidity.

What part of that is hard to understand?

I'm the half-wit?
