I believe that the photo Bush is sitting in front of was determined (in the comments on Atrios' blog) not to be from Yalta, but from a different meeting, and it is in fact that Canadian Prime Minister at the time Bush is sitting in front of (which would sort of make sense.) But surely the people supplying the backdrop (the White House, according to Wonkette's sources) must have realized that the Yalta photo was what people would immediately think of!
