Thank you for the update on various real estate blogs. I find blogs are a great way to talk to others in the industry and see how markets are doing in different areas. With so many foreclosures in many areas of the US it is interesting to hear how many are handing this and what they have done to increase conversion rates.

Foreclosures are at an All Time High. Now is the time for smart investors to cash in. Use our FREE Real Estate Toolkit to find out how to tap into the hottest foreclosure market you'll ever see.

Avoiding foreclosure at all costs is critical, yet many people walk away without negotiating with their mortgager. That's sad and crazy, everything is negotiable especially in times like these.

Fantastic links!! Thanks for posting those. I have been using one called Property Maps (www.propertymaps.com). I don't think it is a blog - but it has been very helpful while I look for Sarasota real estate. Thanks again for sharing your homework with us.

Once the decision to buy a home has been made, take the time to prepare before you go on your home search. Yes, it is very tempting to rush out and actually look at houses, but to do so without full preparation can be both disastrous and expensive. You will find that "house hunting" is down on the list.
