The market is very… muddy
Due to the real estate crisis, and the fact that I am stuck here with quite a few apartment buildings that are losing their value and cannot be sold, my plans of moving to New Zealand are being postponed, at least for a “while”. I am sorry to hear it myself!
Meanwhile then, here are a few Kiwi links:

Only one of the most awsome trips ever...hoping to sell our place, pack the vintage motor home full, ship it by boat. Will let you know how THAT goes. Meanwhile, best of luck to you and your apartment buildings.

Too bad. My wife spent 25 years as a chef, grew tired of management jobs in the food service industry, and decided to change careers. She went to real estate school, got a license and got a job just in time for the worst real estate slump ever. Oh well, at least I still eat well.
