Isn't that Lou Ferigno in the photo? Yes, I'm old enough to remember Arnold in his early years, though younger than he is! My boyfriend of the time was a body builder back in the 70s, so I followed his career at that time before movies and politics. I also have my stub from when I voted for him in California. It was a fun day at the polls. We all wore muscle shirts, showed our cleavage and wore high stilletto heels.
