Ugh, what a horrid Slate article. It's not really about "Lucas vs. Spielberg" as much as it is about the article's writer trying to invent a rivalry that clearly doesn't exist except in his mind. God forbid we can't have two people in the same profession doing the same kinds of things who are actually friends, huh?
